The process starts when a customer enters their ID into a scanner. The scanner can verify the ID with the use of biometrics for facial recognition. Further Identification is made by verifying the ID through local and state databases.

Another possible option for identification verification is to have the customer get their own ID card through a dispensary. This can be done with the use of a retina scanner and verified information at the time of application. Retina scanner can used in place of facial recognition with the camera on the machine that verifies retina through a database.

 

Software can be implemented at Point of Sale where products are scanned, recorded in a database and dispensed. Owner can keep with inventory demands by accessing a database to see what and how many products are being sold on a daily basis.
